JOURNAL: Holiday Season

ICEBREAKER: Holiday Snapshot Sharing Ask each participant to think about one holiday memory (positive, challenging, or funny) and share a quick snapshot of it with the group. They can describe a particular moment, a feeling, or a place that comes to mind when they think of the holiday season.

OBJECTIVE: Help participants explore personal expectations and emotions surrounding the holiday season. Teach visualization as a tool for managing stress and creating a positive mindset. Encourage group members to express holiday experiences and feelings creatively and visually. Foster a safe space for sharing and supporting diverse holiday experiences and expectations.
